ONLINE COACHING PACKAGE
WHAT IS ASK THE COACH?
A structured training programme built by a real coach, without the price tag of fully personalised coaching.
At $25 per fortnight, you get immediate access to Final Surge loaded with Wayne's complete coaching library: over 200 custom interval workouts with video instructions, training plans for every distance from 5K to 100K (road and trail),
What separates Ask the Coach from a generic training app is direct access to Wayne inside your workouts. Every session in Final Surge has a comments section. You run your session, leave a question, and Wayne responds. Not a chatbot. Not a forum. A real coach reading your actual training data and answering your specific question.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Runners who are new to structured training. Runners preparing for their first 5K, 10K, or half marathon. Runners who want real coaching input without committing to a fully personalised programme yet. Runners who have tried generic training apps and found them too rigid. Most Ask the Coach athletes stay 3 to 6 months — achieving their goal or upgrading to Personalised Coaching as their ambitions grow.
HOW IT WORKS
After signing up, Wayne loads your training plan into Final Surge and adds you to the Run The Race Strava group. Every session appears in your app with its targets and a how-to video. When you complete a session, your GPS watch syncs automatically. Wayne sees your data. Questions about pacing, fatigue, or a niggling calf go in the workout comments — Wayne responds. You train when it suits you. You always have a real coach on the other end.
