  • 10 MINUTE WARM UP

  • RUN DOWN AND EPLAINATION OF THE SESSION

  • BREAKDOWN OF THE PACES TO RUN

  • WATCH BRIEFING & SETUP

  • SHORT INTERVAL SESSION (30 MIN APPROX)

  • COOL DOWN

Session will normally go for around 45 minutes in length including the Warm Up and Cool Down.

Each Session is different from the last one and it is designed to get your heart rate into the 85 - 95% of your Max Heart Rate.

The importance of this is to build Speed and Fitness which will then assist you with your ongoing training.

Each ongoing member recieves all of the benefits of the ASK THE COACH membership package. This is to ensure that we can assist you with ongoing Coaching & Training advice through our Training App.

If you are looking to run more distance, you are encouraged to either get here a little earlier to do a longer warm up or stay a little longer in order to do a longer cool down.
