10 WEEK FORM & TECHNIQUE
This is a 10 Week training course that is designed to transform & correct your current running form into that of an elite track athlete.
Eash week deals with a different body function with each video being around 15 - 30 minutes of tuition.
VO2 MAX WORKOUTS
VO2 max is the maximum amount of oxygen the body can utilize during exercise.
By training the appropriate energy system to use more oxygen, you will be able to train more, run longer, and race faster.
LONG INTERVAL WORKOUTS
Long Intervals are all about building strength and fitness at the same time.
The strength building is in both the physical and mental side as it takes a lot of focus to get through these workouts.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Here is a range of different body weight workouts that you can easily do for 5 - 10 minutes per day.
These workouts are designed to keep the specific muscles strong, so that you will be at a reduced risk of any ongoing injury.
STRETCHING & ROLLING
Continual maintenance of your body is so important to ensuring that you are adapting to the training load.
Designed to help you to know how to and where to stretch and foam roll so that you are targeting the right muscles as a runner.
WARM UPS & COOL DOWNS
Ensuring that you are doing the right Warm Up and Cool Down for hard training sessions, racing and easy days is critical.
This is because each type of session, will require different levels of output from different systems
